Dr. Chand wants what’s best for her patients. She offers her patients a balanced approach to their treatment and has a true sense of care and compassion.

Dr. Chand joined Cancer Care of WNC staff in 2007 from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Oncology. She is a native of Kathmandu, Nepal.

She graduated from Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine in Kathmandu, Nepal. She did her internship and residency in internal medicine from the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. Her fellowship in Oncology was at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Chand is a member of the AMERICAN Society of Clinical Oncology and the Piedmont Oncology Association.
