Mary graduated in 1991 from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College with a BS in biology. Following graduation, she worked as an EMT at Moses Cone Hospital in the emergency department, and then went on to work as a CMA at LeBauer Internal Medicine in Greensboro, North Carolina.
In 2001, Mary graduated from Physician Assistant School at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She relocated to Asheville and began working in the field of general surgery. After several years of this practice, Mary decided she would like more time with patients. This decision led Mary to begin work at Cancer Care of WNC.
Mary’s primary duties with Cancer Care of WNC are carried out in the hospital setting, where she cares for our patients while they are in the oncology unit.
